Jordan Love completed 20 of 26 passes for 228 yards and a touchdown to help the Green Bay Packers snap a four-game losing streak with a 20-3 win against the visiting Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon.

Aaron Jones rushed for 73 yards on 20 carries and scored a touchdown for the Packers (3-5), who held the Rams to 187 total yards and shut them out in the second half.

Quarterback Brett Rypien made his fourth NFL start and first for the Rams in place of Matthew Stafford, who sat out with a right thumb injury. Rypien completed 13 of 28 passes for 130 yards and an interception.

The Rams (3-6) have lost four of five and three consecutive as they head into their bye week.

On Los Angeles' second drive, Rypien fumbled while under pressure from Jonathan Owens and De'Vondre Campbell recovered at the Rams' 44 yard line.

The Packers capitalized on the short field when Jones scored on a 3-yard run, giving Green Bay a 7-0 lead with 14:19 left in the second quarter.

Rookie Lucas Havrisik, in his second game with the Rams, kicked a 52-yard field goal with 1:42 left in the first half to cut the deficit to 7-3. Los Angeles would not score again.

The Packers' Keisean Nixon returned the second-half kickoff 51 yards to the Green Bay 47, but receiver Dontayvion Wicks fumbled on the next play as he tried to stretch the ball across the first-down line and the Rams recovered at their own 42.

The drive stalled, however, and the Rams elected to punt rather than attempt a 53-yard field goal.

The Packers lost another fumble at the end of a first-down run by Jones, leading to a 49-yard field goal attempt by Havrisik, which sailed wide right.

Green Bay then drove inside the Los Angeles 10, but had to settle for a 26-yard field goal by Anders Carlson after Love was sacked by Aaron Donald on third-and-2, increasing the lead to 10-3 with 2:10 left in the third quarter.

Rypien was intercepted early in the fourth quarter by Anthony Johnson Jr., leading to a 34-yard field goal by Carlson that extended the lead to 13-3 with 9:08 left.

The Packers put the game away when Love found tight end Luke Musgrave over the middle for a 20-yard touchdown completion and a 20-3 lead with 3:41 left.
