Eagles 24, Ravens 23: Michael Vick scored on a quarterback draw with 1:55 to play and host Philadelphia survived another turnover fest to win its home opener.

Vick overcame four more turnovers by the Eagles (2-0), including three of his own, to guide a 10-play, 80-yard winning drive one week after leading his team 91 yards for the winning score.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco had one last chance to get his team in position for the victory, but could not get the Ravens (1-1) past midfield. He finished 22-for-42 for 232 yards with one touchdown and one interception, but completed only 8 of 25 attempts in the second half.

The Eagles rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to tie it at 17-17 in the third quarter on Vick's 23-yard scoring pass to Jeremy Maclin and a 23-yard field goal by Alex Henery, but Ravens rookie Justin Tucker booted fourth-quarter field goals of 51 and 48 yards for a 23-17 lead.

Vick, who was 23 of 32 for 371 yards with one TD, two interceptions and a fumble, scored the winning touchdown from the 1-yard line one play after officials overturned what was initially ruled a fumble by Vick and called an incomplete pass.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Ravens S Ed Reed, who last week become the league's career leader for most interception return yards, picked off his 59th career pass to move pass Hall of Famer Emmitt Thomas and into 10th place on the career list. ... Eagles C Jason Kelce was carted off the field in the third quarter with a sprained knee and did not return. OT King Dunlap (hamstring) followed him to the sideline, leaving Philly with only five healthy offensive linemen. ... Tucker also kicked a 56-yard field goal to tie Wade Richey (2003) for the longest in franchise history.
