Ray Rice had 161 total yards and Billy Cundiff kicked a season-high five field goals as the Baltimore Ravens scored the final 16 points to defeat the visiting Houston Texans 29-14 on Sunday for their third straight victory.

The Ravens (4-1) improved to 9-1 in their last 10 games following an off week, including 4-0 under coach John Harbaugh, and have won 13 of their last 14 home games.

Quarterback Joe Flacco, who improved to 22-5 at home, scored on a 1-yard run in the first quarter as the Ravens maintained their half-game lead over Cincinnati and Pittsburgh in the AFC North.

Ricky Williams added a 4-yard touchdown run – his first as a Raven – to make it 26-14. The score was set up by Rice’s 27-yard run to the 4. Rice finished with 101 yards rushing.

The Texans (3-3) fell out of first place in the AFC South with their second straight loss.

Houston took a 14-13 lead in the third quarter on Matt Schaub’s 32-yard touchdown pass to Jacoby Jones, who beat safety Ed Reed into the end zone.

The Texans tied it 7-7 in the second quarter when guard Wade Smith recovered running back Ben Tate’s fumble in the end zone.

The Ravens’ Anquan Boldin had eight catches for 132 yards and is averaging 97 yards in four games against the Texans.

Flacco finished 20 of 33 for 305 yards with an interception.
