Matt Hasselbeck’s 4-yard touchdown pass to former Denver tight end Daniel Graham with 4:24 left in the fourth quarter lifted the Tennessee Titans to a 17-14 victory over the visiting Broncos on Sunday.

The 95-yard drive was highlighted by a 58-yard pass to tight end Craig Stevens – his only catch – as the Titans (2-1) snapped a three-game losing streak to the Broncos (1-2).

Tennessee sealed the victory when Kyle Orton’s deflected pass was intercepted by Will Witherspoon at the Titans’ 31 with 1:46 left.

Tennessee overcame another subpar performance by All-Pro running back Chris Johnson, who missed the preseason while holding out for a new contract. He had 21 yards on 13 carries, and has 98 on 46 carries this season.

Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt left the game in the second quarter with a right knee injury. The Titans fear Britt tore his ACL and MCL, and will miss the rest of the season. Britt has 17 catches for 289 yards and three touchdowns in two-plus games this season.

Orton’s 5-yard touchdown pass to Willis McGahee in the third quarter gave Denver a 14-10 lead. Tennessee stopped McGahee on fourth-and-goal from the 1 early in the fourth quarter.

Tennessee took a 10-7 halftime lead on Rob Bironas’ 46-yard field goal. The points were made possible by punter Brett Kern, who turned a bad snap into a 21-yard run and a first down four plays earlier.
