Aaron Rodgers returned from a concussion and threw four touchdown passes, and John Kuhn scored three touchdowns as the host Green Bay Packers took a huge step toward the playoffs with a 45-17 victory over the mistake-prone New York Giants on Sunday.

The Packers (9-6) will likely earn a playoff berth with a win at home next week against the Chicago Bears. The Giants (9-6) need a victory over Washington next week and a lot of help to earn a wild-card berth as New Orleans and Tampa Bay are also fighting for playoff spots.

The Giants have an NFL-high 41 turnovers, including six Sunday which led to 24 Green Bay points. Eli Manning had four interceptions and has an NFL-high 24.

Rodgers finished 25 of 37 for 404 yards, including an 80-yard touchdown pass to Jordy Nelson in the first quarter as the Packers had 515 yards of offense.

Greg Jennings had a game-high 142 yards receiving for the Packers, who scored the game’s final 21 points.

Manning, who finished 17 of 31 for 301 yards, threw touchdown passes to Mario Manningham (85 yards) and Hakeem Nicks (36) in the second quarter to make it 14-14.

Manningham finished with 132 receiving yards while Nicks had 93.
