Missouri 63, No. 4 Florida 60: Laurence Bowers tallied 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Tigers rallied in the second half to avenge a blowout loss to the Gators last month and remain undefeated at home.

Jabari Brown scored 12 points and Phil Pressey finished with 10 assists for Missouri (19-7, 8-5 SEC), which rebounded from a 31-point loss at Florida exactly one month ago and improved to 15-0 at home this season.

Mike Rosario had 14 points and Kenny Boynton finished with 11 to pace Florida (21-4, 11-2).

The Gators led by as much as 13 points midway through the second half, but the Tigers closed to within one three times before taking their first lead of the game at 59-57 on a three-point play by Pressey with 2:51 remaining. Scottie Wilbekin answered with a step-back 3-pointer with 1:37 left to give Florida a short-lived one-point advantage.

Bowers gave Missouri the lead for good on the next possession with a jumper, and the defense forced two missed 3-point attempts over the next two possessions. Keion Bell added a pair of free throws with 3.1 seconds left to stretch the margin to 63-60, and Pressey was able to challenge Rosario as his potential game-tying 3-point attempt from the left baseline was long.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Missouri outscored Florida in the paint 24-16 after Florida won the battle 48-14 in the first meeting. … The Gators shot 40.7 percent from the floor, only the third time in the last 15 games they failed to hit half of their field goal attempts. … The Tigers improved to 11-1 following a loss under coach Frank Haith and have won four straight home games against ranked opponents.
