Jae Crowder collected 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead No. 15 Marquette to its seventh straight win, a 66-59 triumph over visiting Seton Hall on Tuesday.

Vander Blue added 16 points and eight boards off the bench and Darius Johnson-Odom recorded 14 points, seven assists and five rebounds for the Golden Eagles (19-4, 8-2 Big East), who had some famous support in the stands. Former Marquette guard Dwyane Wade and Miami Heat teammate LeBron James, in town for a game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, sat courtside.

Seton Hall (15-7, 4-6), has dropped five straight and has to play at Connecticut on Saturday.

Blue scored seven points and Crowder added four during the decisive 16-2 run in the second half. Trailing, 36-30, with 14:21 left, Crowder knocked down a pair of free throws and Blue hit three shots in a row to spark the surge. Johnson-Odom capped the burst with a 3-pointer and a pair of free throws, giving Marquette a 46-38 cushion with 10:27 on the clock.

The Golden Eagles would extend it to double digits, 56-46, with 4:58 remaining and held off one last charge from the Pirates.

Marquette was without center Davante Gardner due to a left knee sprain and Seton Hall was able to take advantage on the inside in the first half. Herb Pope scored 10 of his 16 points before the break.
