Scott Martin's second consecutive double-double propelled Notre Dame to its 29th consecutive home victory, a 60-49 triumph over South Florida.

After the Bulls got within three on a pair of free throws by Shaun Noriega with 9:17 remaining, the Fighting Irish (11-6, 3-1 Big East) took control by scoring 14 unanswered points to build a 54-37 cushion at the 4:10 mark. Jerian Grant sparked the decisive burst with a pair of three-point plays, while Martin and Jack Cooley each added four points.

Martin finished with 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead a balanced Notre Dame effort, while Cooley and Grant scored 16 and 14 points, respectively. The Fighting Irish held South Florida to 38 percent shooting overall and a 1-for-13 showing from 3-point range as they extended the nation's fourth-longest home win streak.

Augustus Gilchrist paced the Bulls (9-8, 2-2 Big East) with 13 points.
