Khris Middleton had 24 points and six rebounds in his return to the lineup, and No. 25 Texas A&M pulled away in the second half to beat visiting Louisiana-Monroe 67-54 on Saturday.
David Loubeau scored 13 points and Elston Turner added 12 for Texas A&M (8-1), which extended its non-conference home winning streak to 67 games. Keith Davis added a career-high nine rebounds.
Louisiana-Monroe (1-8) tied the game at 43 with 14:51 to go, but the Aggies answered with an 11-0 run. The Warhawks shot only 5-of-24 (20.8 percent) from beyond the arc.
Hugh Mingo had 21 points and nine rebounds for Louisiana-Monroe, which has lost 16 straight games against Top 25 opponents since 1997-98.
Middleton, who suffered a knee injury in Texas A&M's season opener, shot 8-of-14 from the field, including two 3-pointers. He scored 14 of his 24 points in the second half.
Texas A&M is off until Dec. 17, when they face No. 12 Florida in the MetroPCS Orange Bowl Classic.
