Spurs 99, Grizzlies 95 (OT):
Tony Parker scored eight of his 30 points in overtime and Tim Duncan had 27 points and 15 rebounds as host San Antonio recovered from a 14-point, fourth-quarter deficit to continue its domination of Memphis.

Parker’s driving basket with 3:32 left in overtime put the Spurs ahead to stay en route to their 16th victory in their last 17 home regular-season games against the Grizzlies. San Antonio was playing for the first time since coach Gregg Popovich drew the ire of NBA commissioner David Stern for sending four players home – including Duncan and Parker – prior to Thursday’s nationally televised contest against the Miami Heat.

Marc Gasol scored 20 points, Mike Conley had 18 and 12 assists and Zach Randolph added 17 points and 15 rebounds as visiting Memphis had its four-game winning streak snapped and lost for just the third time this season.

Duncan had 21 first-half points, but Memphis led 46-45 at the break. The Grizzlies dominated the third quarter and took a 13-point advantage into the final stanza, and still led 76-62 after Quincy Pondexter’s 3-pointer with 9:41 remaining.

San Antonio rallied and finally caught the Grizzlies at 87-87 as Manu Ginobili’s 3-pointer with 57 seconds left forced the overtime.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Popovich said prior to the game that the organization hasn’t yet decided whether or not to appeal the $250,000 fine from the NBA. … Randolph posted his 13th double-double of the campaign and teammate Rudy Gay also had one with 15 points and 10 rebounds. … San Antonio G Danny Green was scoreless in 19 minutes before leaving the contest with hamstring soreness.
