Grizzlies 104, Heat 86: Wayne Ellington hit seven 3-pointers and en route to a career-high 25 points off the bench as host Memphis easily dispatched Miami.

Zach Randolph collected 18 points and 12 rebounds and Rudy Gay scored 21 points for the Grizzlies, who went 14-of-24 from 3-point range, led by Ellington’s 7-of-11, in winning their fifth straight game.

Chris Bosh scored 22 points and LeBron James recorded 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Heat. Dwyane Wade, who missed Friday’s game at Atlanta with an illness, struggled to eight points on 3-of-15 shooting as Miami had its four-game winning streak halted.

Memphis began to pull away as Ellington got hot. The swingman hit four 3-pointers in the period, including one to cap a 10-0 run that stretched the lead to 52-40. His layup pushed it to 56-41 at the break.

The Heat drew back within 82-75 with 8:33 left in the game before the Grizzlies pulled away. Ellington buried two more 3-pointers and Randolph completed a traditional three-point play during the 20-2 run that put the game away.
