Timberwolves 90, Magic 75: Luke Ridnour had a season-high 19 points and Derrick Williams added 14 as host Minnesota snapped a seven-game skid against Orlando.

Greg Stiemsma scored the final six points of the third quarter before the Timberwolves went on a 14-2 run to start the fourth to effectively put away the game.

J.J. Redick scored a team-high 16 points off the bench while converting all five free-throw attempts for the Magic, who dropped both ends of a back-to-back set to see their record evened at 2-2.

Ridnour more than doubled his season-best total of nine points thanks to a sizzling performance from the field. Ridnour converted six of his nine shots - including 3-of-4 from 3-point range.

Minnesota's J.J. Barea injured his left foot while chasing a ball during the fourth quarter. Barea exited to the locker room and did not return.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Minnesota missed its first 11 shots from the field to start the second quarter. The Timberwolves shot 5-for-20 in the stanza to seize a 38-34 advantage at halftime. ... Orlando G Jameer Nelson missed his third straight game with a strained right hamstring and groin. ... Orlando struggled mightily from the floor, connecting on just 28-of-80 shots (35 percent) from the field and just 3-of-12 from 3-point range.
