HEAT 99, SUNS 95: Chris Bosh scored 29 points and Miami overcame a 10-point, fourth-quarter deficit to defeat visiting Phoenix.

LeBron James scored 20 points and Dwyane Wade added 19 as the Heat won their 14th consecutive home game.

Grant Hill scored 19 points for the Suns, who had a four-game winning streak halted.

Miami turned a possible defeat into a victory with a run of 17 consecutive points in the fourth quarter as Phoenix went nearly 6 1/2 minutes without scoring.

The Suns led 90-80 with 7 1/2 minutes to play after back-to-back 3-pointers by Markieff Morris and Shannon Brown.

Miami answered with its scintillating run, tying the score at 90 on Wade’s dunk with 4:09 remaining and completing the surge on a jumper by James to take a seven-point lead with 1:52 left.

Hill ended Phoenix’s drought with a basket with 1:07 remaining but the Suns hit only 7 of 25 shots in the final quarter.

The comeback allowed the Heat to match the second-longest homecourt winning streak in franchise history. Miami won 18 consecutive home games during the 2004-05 season.

Udonis Haslem added a season-best 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Heat.

Marcin Gortat scored 13 points, Morris had 12 points and Steve Nash had 10 assists for the Suns.

Phoenix used a 13-2 run late in the second quarter en route to a 53-49 halftime lead.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Nash has 10 or more assists in each of his last eight games. … Bosh was 12 of 16 from the field and added eight rebounds. … Suns forward Channing Frye had only two points on 1-of-7 shooting. … Heat center Joel Anthony missed the game with a sprained left ankle.
