HEAT 108, NETS 78: LeBron James scored 21 points and Chris Bosh added 20 in his return from a three-game absence as Miami won its 10th straight home game.

Dwyane Wade scored 13 first-half points and didn’t play in the second after tweaking an ankle as the Heat improved to 16-2 at home.

Deron Williams scored 16 points for New Jersey in his first contest since setting a franchise record with a career-high 57 points against the Charlotte Bobcats on Sunday.

James made nine of 11 shots as Miami shot 58.4 percent from the field. Bosh hit nine of 14 shots in his first game for Miami since Feb. 23 following the death of his grandmother.

Miami’s 10-game home winning streak is its best since the 2006-07 campaign, when it recorded 14 straight home victories.

Norris Cole added 13 points for the Heat, who snapped a two-game losing streak.

MarShon Brooks added 12 points and Johan Petro scored 11 for New Jersey.

Miami shot 65.9 percent in the first half en route to a 64-37 lead. The trio of Bosh, Wade and James were a combined 19-of-24 from the field in the first half. Bosh scored 16 points and James added 10.

Miami led just 24-17 late in the first quarter before tallying 15 consecutive points to take a 22-point lead less than two minutes into the second quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK
: Miami was 10 for 17 from 3-point range … Williams is averaging just 13 points in two games against the Heat this season … Miami outrebounded New Jersey 43-29 and had a 22-10 edge on the boards in the first half … The Nets were without center Brook Lopez (ankle).
