THUNDER 95, MAVERICKS 91:
Russell Westbrook scored 24 points, including two late free throws to ice host Oklahoma City's 13th straight victory at home.

The Thunder picked up their eighth win in the last nine games and improved to 16-1 at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

After Serge Ibaka hit two free throws to put the Thunder up 92-91 with just under 40 seconds remaining, Oklahoma City clamped down on defense and forced a shot clock violation, taking possession with 22.2 seconds left.

Kevin Durant, who finished 22 points, hit one of two foul shots to make it 93-91 with 13.9 seconds remaining. Dallas' Jason Terry missed a fadeway baseline jumper before Westbrook was fouled.

Dallas fell for the fifth time in the last six games and has dropped four straight on the road.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 27 points, including back-to-back-to-back 3-pointers to put Dallas ahead by four points with 2:46 remaining.

James Harden scored Oklahoma City’s first 12 points of the fourth quarter, including an unconventional three-point play when he knocked down the free throw after his layup was ruled goaltending. Harden finished with 16 points.

Mavericks starting center Brendon Haywood went down with an ankle injury 31 seconds into the game, leaving Dallas to lean on backup Ian Mahinmi, who scored all 13 of his points in the first half.

Terry scored nine of his 18 points early in the fourth quarter, but went cold down the stretch.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
