SPURS 106 JAZZ 102: Tony Parker scored 23 points while Tim Duncan and Matt Bonner added 20 apiece to lead visiting San Antonio to its 11th straight victory.

The Spurs, who haven't lost since Jan. 29, are 7-0 on their nine-game road trip.

Al Jefferson scored 20 points for Utah, which couldn't hold a 13-point lead in the third quarter.

Gary Neal's 3-pointer gave San Antonio a 97-96 lead with 4:51 remaining. Parker made a free throw and Richard Jefferson hit a jumper for his first points of the game to put the Spurs ahead by four.

Al Jefferson's jumper cut the lead to 102-100, but Utah didn't score on its next four possessions. Richard Jefferson's 3-pointer from the corner with 3.5 seconds left put the Spurs up by five.

San Antonio played without starting guard Manu Ginobili (strained left oblique) and backup center Tiago Splitter (strained right calf). Utah starting guard Raja Bell (strained left adductor) also missed the game.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Danny Green started in place of Ginobili and was scoreless in 16 minutes. ... San Antonio finishes its road trip against Portland on Tuesday and Denver on Thursday. ... Josh Howard started for the Jazz with Bell sidelined and scored 12 points.
