Andrea Bargnani had 31 points and seven rebounds and DeMar DeRozan had 25 points in the Toronto Raptors’ 92-77 home victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.

Bargnani hit every big shot the Raptors needed, including completing a rare four-point play midway through the third quarter when he was fouled shooting a 3-pointer. DeRozan, who made just five 3-pointers all of last season, was 5-of-8 from long distance Wednesday and now has 10 on the season.

Jose Calderon had 13 points and 11 assists and Ed Davis added eight points and seven rebounds for the Raptors.

Cavs rookies Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson were playing on consecutive nights for the first time in their careers and it showed. The pair combined to shoot just 3-of-18 from the floor and finished with a combined 13 points.

Thompson, who grew up just outside Toronto, had one point on 0-for-5 shooting.

Antawn Jamison had 19 points for the Cavs, but 17 came in the first half.
